What happened: The problem: I would like to return shoes ordered that I no longer need.
What happened: Need to change order placed *********order ********* *should be size ***should be color black*COUNTERPARTS shorts
What happened: I bought a guy Harvey t-shirt last week at $**.**. This week they are $**.**. I went to the store and asked to return and rebuy. I was told this was not your return policy. Your return policy with receipt is ** days. The sales lady acted as if I was at fault for questioning the return policy. So I simply told her this is not correct retail and returned the shirt and left with no sale for Bealls! This salesperson need to be educated on how your return policy works! Please have an upper management person call me at ***-***-**** Les Minor to discuss. Thank you!
What happened: Today January ** th, **** I visited your store in Bradenton, Fla. on State Rd. ** where I have always enjoyed shopping and have found many nice items over the years. I went to specifically look at the Reel Legends shirts of which one particular short sleeved Tshirt was advertised at $*:** and I found those shirts right away with the help of a very lovely employee. She showed me the stacks of folded shirts and said that there were a few plus sized shirts as in *X and *X which is my size. I chose one and then chose a different long sleeved shirt again in plus sized and the sign said those were on sale from $**.** down to $**:**. Then I found a pair of lovely sneakers for $**.**. However, upon checking out, the * shirts each rang up for * dollars more than the advertised price. I was never told this and there is nothing on the price signage that says a price difference…and I find this very discriminatory that I should be charged more because I might weigh too much. I did not purchase the short sleeved shirt but did purchase the long sleeved one but I will return it unless I can purchase it at the advertised price. The way to resolve it is simple…that every shirt on the rack saying $**.** must be sold at the advertised price.
What happened: I have received phone calls for months now concerning a "burkes credit card" that I do not own or possess. I have explained to Comenity NUMEROUS times that I have never applied for or received a credit card. I shopped at Burkes Outlet on June **, Magee, MS and paid for my purchase with my personal bank debit card. At that time, the cashier asked if I had a points reward card. I didn't have my points card with me so she asked for my license and phone numbers. I handed her my license and she typed in some information. I then handed her my bank debit card to pay for my purchase. Months later, I began receiving calls concerning an unpaid balance to Burke's Outlet via a store credit card. I learned during another call from Comenity that all mail*notices had been sent to a former address (the one I listed when I set up my REWARDS*POINTS card). I had been charged this purchase amount and had months of late fees when I knew nothing of this "charge". I gave the representative my address to clear up the confusion and while noting I needed to speak to a customer service representative. I was holding for *** minutes only to be disconnected. This occurred several phone calls that followed. I was never connected to anyone in customer service to help with this issue. I am requesting these charges be voided and completely off my credit. This whole situation is a complete mess and has continued way too long.
What happened: I was trying to do something, and ran into a problem.
What happened: The problem: Theft tag left on merchandise.
